At CHILL, we understand the challenges that individuals face when it comes to mental health and wellbeing. We are a dedicated charity committed to providing support, resources, and a safe space for individuals in Carrickfergus and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to promote positive mental health, prevent suicide, and create a community where everyone feels valued and supported.

Need to Talk?

CHILL's counselling rooms are designed to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere where individuals can feel comfortable and relaxed. They are private, soundproofed, and secure, providing a confidential space for individuals to talk openly about their mental health and emotions. Each room is equipped with comfortable seating, soft lighting, and other amenities to help create a comfortable and supportive environment.The rooms are also accessible, ensuring that individuals with mobility issues can easily access the counselling services they need.
